Smoking is healthy it reduces risk of ulcer-causing bacteria, parkinsons disease and also inflammatory bowel! Not to mention that you can reduce your cancer risk by avoiding tobacco grown in apatite/phosphate-based fertiliser. So basically avoid any product of the netherlands, belgium, china or indonesia. Grow your own if you think it'll help with one of the aforementioned issues (it also cures boredom). I was not paid to post this message of kindness amongst my fellow yurt-builders on this here yurt-building forum.
