Standoff between iranian and american ships: Iranian gunboats have surrounded the Front Altair and block tugboats from hauling them away while 2 american destroyers are present and blocking an IRANIAN tugboat from towing it away.
''The assault, which left five U.S. soldiers dead and three wounded, has been called the "boldest and most sophisticated attack in four years of warfare" and is furthermore notable for being one of the few instances when militants have actually managed to capture U.S. soldiers.''[10][11][12]
you should point the fact that those were iranian commandos, not regular military, and still the US only suffered that low amount of losses again, i urge you to check the story of the SAS madlads that basically killed a whole platoon of ISIS mujahideen in a single squad, fucking bongs kept fighting even after their ammo ran out
9 iranians going up against 60 american soldiers in their own base with zero casualties on the iranian side.
Michael Roberts
9-12 commandos based on the pic you've sent, plus you forget the little fact they infiltrated the base first, they didn't arrived there guns blazing i'm not trying to undermine the iranian military achievement though, don't get me wrong, even as commandos the shit they pulled was impressive, still this is not an accurate report of ALL their military assets, this shows that they have well-trained commandos, not an almighty military apparatus
Gabriel Taylor
Honestly buddy that aint a hard task for a well trained team. Not every U.S. soldier is a badass. Especially the ones stuck on a COP pulling gate guard.
And I imagine in a potential American invasion of Iran, the vast majority of the Iranian army will adapt a commando/guerrilla type of strategy against American forces.
Vietnam 2.0, this time with less jungles and more mountains that's why the US doesn't want a full-blown invasion, your military is gonna soften the iranians really good before you send the troops to do the cleanup service either that or they're shipping your country men straight to the meat grinder, if iran manages to call those houthis, oh boy, you americans are in for a fight houthis are fucking ruthless
what are the gun laws like in Deutschland? can ya own rifles and what not or only small arms?
Brandon Jenkins
Your gonna need more than 2 days of ration to survive, user
Oliver Turner
I plan on getting one during the war. For now, knife.
Those are 3 months for 2 persons, m8
Water present.
Wyatt Roberts
I imagine that the Military Industrial Complex here will make much more money if the latter happened. Either way America is fucked if we take any military action against Iran.
Charles Young
holy kek, you were not lying based kraut ready for WWIII
Joshua Hernandez
Hell yeah.
My suit has all i need.
Bivy bag, survival handbook, water filter, knife, etc.
Jaxon Hill
>houthis are fucking ruthless Then there will be justification for abandoning rules of engagement. I for one would like to see what the yanks can do once the gloves come off. The world hasn't seen it since their civil war.
Anthony Murphy
i sincerely hope it doesn't escalate to that, and from what i'm seeing, Iran won't stop harassing ships until you guys decide to do something. that or escort yourselves every tanker coming in and out form the strait, which is unfeasible
Nicholas Butler
I have a backpack with a hydration bladder and food in it too.
Leo Brooks
I also dug an acre and planted some vegetables but space is very limited here
Gabriel Johnson
i hope the saudis keep the houthis busy, they have a better way of dealing with them (slaughtering whole villages where there's supposedly houthis stashed) instead of the american way of shipping extremists to military bases and shooting one or two off there's no de-radicalization with extremists, these fucks only respect what they fear that's why those crazy fucks like Saddam and Ghadaffi managed to run those countries, they ruled with an iron fist
how much that costed ya kraut user? BDU and stuff it seems expensive mate
Austin Price
Berlin
Nicholas Jackson
Bout 3k €
Jason Wood
oh fellow berlinbro, we could catch up if the nukes are about to drop
Ryder Torres
Lol, Iran is very stupid. The US will have a field day selling Oil to other countries and Middle-East will lose if this continue.
Owen Rivera
Sure if i can trust ya
Jacob Myers
I need to stock up on canned goods. Need a knife as well. Currently the "knife" I have is a 17-in-1 outdoors tool. Issue is the knife that comes with it can't even cut through basic plastic. That and it is extremely clunky to wield and takes a while to get out due to the design of the tool.
Jace Powell
it would seem the chinks are involved, with the recent threat we sent over taiwan
Connor Martin
Currently modding out 16 oz boxing gloves as well. What should I add to them to make them stronger?
Andrew Lopez
>Iran months from hitting enriched uranium cap despite acceleration twitter.com/ReutersIran/status/1139614784557596672 if the north Koreans managed to make nukes, then the iranians will too i'm on the belief they must already have a few low-yield nukes ready to launch
Something about this whole situation seems weird. Iran knows the US is looking for justification to start a war so they're not going to attack ships for no reason.
actual warfare not this tied hands shit means all of iran's major cities get bombed and turned to rubble that's the only way to win a insurgent battle, kill everyone and reduce their cities to nothing
Grayson Thompson
Its EXTREMELY good stuff. Tastes well, suitable for babies, and contains literally every vitamin you need.
Would recommend.
Easton Campbell
Iran knows they can keep this bullshit up if they don't target actual US vessels add that to a shilling media, and you have a nation that perpetrates an attack and is still seen as a victim in the eyes of the world they could have sunk those tankers if they wanted to, they did that to prove they can destabilize the strait without major repercussions besides a few more sanctions here and there if this was a Mossad job/false flag, those tankers would have been glassed, or worse
James Nelson
yeah its super weird, the reports in opposition to each other, the timing of the abe visit, the taiwan connection, they cant even agree on what hit the thing and ill bet 100% theyre going to have an arguement over how to verify what did what to the ship with iranians trying to stop the ship and us or sauds trying to take the ship
Luke Bell
The Iranians are backed into a corner and they are trying to provoke US to make a mistake.
David Reed
I hope we send all the trannys and bull dykes in the first wave, that'll teach those crazy tea towel wearing camel jockeys.
Why would Iran want to go to war with us? We would blow then apart, unfortunately at the cost of far too many of our zogbot kids lives but my government has no issues spending those to power up the war machine.
Josiah Hill
Iran won't be aiming to win a war if it fought the US. Rather, Iran will employ a Vietnam like strategy where they will instead cause the most damage possible to invading American forces. It would be a brutal and grueling war, due to Iran probably using the mountainous terrain to its advantage. Even if America is eventually able to fully occupy Iran (which is doubtful due to the previously mentioned terrain and Iran being a large country) the damage done to the American army will most likely be substantial.
aurora intel dropped some good info >So I had a thought, USS Bainbridge was reportedly in 30nm of the Kokuka Courageous, @sentinel_hub / @CopernicusEU caught Front Altair, so she must be near by right? Here she is, doing a hairpin turn upon distress call from the Kokuka Courageous. #Iran #Oman #US #USNavy twitter.com/AuroraIntel/status/1139623494763851778
Consider that once we become involved in such a conflict, other foreign powers will be free to position themselves in ways that will impose upon our allies
Jayden Price
frogmen with limpet attached to poles, this one was the jap tanker, they didn't tried to sink that one, just do minor damage the Front Altair was the one that almost got sank and has a huge hole in its hull
Julian Taylor
I'm not a biblefag by any means, but I like seeing prophecy forced into reality. >THE BIBLE warns the US will NOT defend Israel. According to the Bible, Israel must stand alone … with God. For when this coming war does finally start, the United States will be unwilling (or unable) to help Israel defend herself. Even though the Bible warns the invading armies will be ultimately destroyed by God, it will be a devastating war for both Israel and the whole world. Bible scholars are divided as to whether this coming war is part of the prophetic battle of Armageddon or will just precede Armageddon in order to prepare a path for the Antichrist (a coming World Leader who will enforce a Peace Plan (“covenant”) upon Israel) which will trigger the final prophetic 7-Year period of time which God has set aside for Israel and the World which is sometimes called the “Apocalypse” …
Connor Kelly
That makes sense I guess, I still don't see why they want a bunch of bombs dropped on them but I do agree it should fuck us up pretty good in return, probably worse than Vietnam if I had to guess, their people are more dedicated than ours, their military has reasonable equipment, all we have is more shots and plenty of people to let die, I want saying we would do great, we will just look like the asshole like we always do, but at the cost of at least a ton of their people and buildings etc
Yeah, I get what they did. I just don't get why. Why not just stick it below the waterline and not risk getting caught? Where's the takehome in deliberately NOT sinking the ship?
The 7 year period is literally the coming world war. It will last 7 years.
Benjamin Campbell
We tried napalming the shit out of Vietnam back in the 1970s, yet that didn't stop them. Iran most likely has and is developing defenses and bunkers in order to survive such a massive bombing campaign. Besides, it would be awful optics for America to use indiscriminate bombings against Iran, lowering support for an invasion against Iran at home and negatively influencing foreign nations.
Dylan Martin
this threads are comfy, i hope they last until actual war breaks out
fucking with the US, not giving them a casus belli, and also to be seen as the victim because of the subsequent false flags reports that they knew would come in it's a win-win for Iran
yeah, probably anti-ship missiles. i think the crew would have seen torpedoes being fired the Front Altair was way more damaged than the Kokuka Courageous

Plus they saw flying objects.

It's a Japanese ship, carrying a Taiwanese cargo from the gulf to the far east. How is this fucking with the US? At all? Trump just needs to say "not our problem" and they've pissed the nips off to no gain. None of this adds up, unless it's either mossad or a rogue group of MIC hawks within the pentagon pushing for a war to destabalise Trumps base. There was a US missile vessel suspiciously close to the attack, which eye witnesses claim was a missile. Just sayin'
Oliver White
All of you realize that a repeat of Vietnam is not possible in this scenario, right? The reason 'Nam was as bad as it was (as opposed to an Iraq occupation level insurgency) is because the so-called guerrillas had active sanctuary in the form of a full-blown country bordering the conflict zone. North Vietnam did not just provide active sanctuary & material support, but also millions of troops. In Iran, there would be no such haven.
Luis King
>#BREAKING: Iran launched a surface-to-air missile at a US MQ-9 drone that was tracking Iranian boats closing in on the 2 tankers prior to attack Thurs. The Iranian missile missed and fell into the sea- via @barbarastarrcnn twitter.com/ELINTNews/status/1139630023709773824 intel is starting to get declassified
not saying a false flag is not possible, just that in my opinion it was unlikely, if who did this really wanted the US to go to war, they would have sunk both of those ships with no survivors.
