1. The camera is closer to the scene than they'd have you believe. Notice the perspective shift. Note the angle the tanker waterline makes across the screen at 0:07. Now look at the angle at 0:38. The camera starts at a bearing of ~45deg from the ships perspective and ends at ~85deg.
2. The horizontal image tearing is probably caused by interlacing. Who the fuck is still using interlacing in 2019?
