Think of the monarch like this. An elected representative has no true bondage to his nation, he can simply rob and cheat the state because his children do not inherit the state. Whilst the monarch is more likely to strengthen the state because his children will inherit, and a stronger state will mean a stronger family. What is your opinion on this?

Yes, I agree it will probably take 2-3 generations. The initial revolution must be cemented, the policies must be enacted, the inevitable war must be won, we must build from the rubble, and then once the National Socialist ethnostate is running strong and healthily, the white, educated, land-owning males would vote for their life-long leader. It should be nothing to fear as long as the leader is respected by the people, and would be an occasional check to prevent poor successors leading the ethnostate.

You see, this is the main thing we need to sort out, we need to ensure the least corrupt and the least weak inherit the nation, I think it’s just a bit naive to declare that everyone will care about the state and be nice and loyal, this is generally a thing Communists do and it makes their ideology look bad. Human nature is human nature, no matter how we raise our children, there will always be a couple of bad seeds that care little about the nation, in short, we need to ensure that the leader truly loves the nation, I think of a similar council such as the Anglo Saxon Witan that could select the next leader, consisting of men who are loyal to the people and are politically conscious, it’s either that or a hereditary party leader, similar to the Kim dynasty in North Korea

it will be an entirely different society where ancestry & heritage are the building blocks of the culture, it will be a much more tight knit society. However you are right, human nature will cause some problems to arise. Perhaps if a council was made up regional (state/provincial) governors who could have the option to incite a vote for successor. I do not believe hereditary is enough to ensure strong, competent leaders. History has proven that horrible monarchs are destined for every monarchal line.

The argument of a monarch tending to his country (beekeeper) only holds value when the only profit he will get is from said country.
For example, Nowadays, Dutch Royal Family owns 6 billion in shares of Shell Oil. They have become global parasites willing to sacrifice their people for more profit. You have identified the main problem of such a system. Simply having a council of party officials, feudal lords, functionaries ... it won't be a useful check against succession of an incompetent leader. In some cases it will even propagate it as the desire of the council may simply be shifting power to themselves ... and then incompetence and weakness will be "desired" qualities of the elected leader as such one is easier to control. But instead? Succession by bloodline? Even worse. True meritocratic system would require a leader-in-the-making to first prove skills in a certain task ... that still does not protect against leaders whose hearts may be "corrupted" but at least takes care of the problem of incompetence. How to put this into a clearly defined ruleset? That will be trickier. Maybe thinking a bit "service guarantees citizenship" here, only on bigger scale. Remember the old Roman Republic idea of the "dictator" ... maybe only allow distinguished dictators previously implemented for a certain task by the council to even apply for the role of the "big leader".
Yeah I believe there’s should be a leader should have served in order to become leader, though this doesn’t completely remove the weak, the Prime Minister of Sweden has served and well.... he isn’t the best. The truth is we can never ensure that the perfect leader leads always for centuries. That is why I have said there can truly be only two good options to establish a leader, either through hereditary leadership, (this works in a non-monarchist state such as North Korea) or a higher council of leaders who have proven their loyalty to the people who then pick a leader. None of these are perfect but they are decent
