Christians submit to governmental power. Western governments have been contorted to undermine Christianity rather than promote it and Christians are peaceable and do not wish to revolutionize their governments. It is for this reason that we don't see in the spotlight those Christians who are wholeheartedly against modern heresies. Those "Christians" who support this new government are not really Christians at all. They simply accept the designation for the sake of a nearly forgotten tradition and hold on to only vague concepts of orthodox Christianity. Those "Christians" do not care about the religion and consequently they are reducing in number. Conversely, Evangelicals are the only Christian group which is increasing its number. True Christianity still exists and continues to grow, even as so many false Christians pervert the faith and eventually renounce their adherence.
