I quit weed two months ago because it helped at first and then over time I started to notice adverse effects, like difficulty sleeping and bad anxiety. I never had an issue with alcohol, I liked to drink occasionally and that was two beers and maybe a shot. Now that I've been diagnosed with bpd1 I'm completely sober and I feel better than ever.
