Vaccination itself isn't the problem, but rather overvaccination. Modern vaccination timetables have kids getting as many as 5-8 shots during a single visit 6-7 times between infancy and early adolescence, oftentimes for completely unnecessary shit like the flu or chickenpox.

Get the MMR, IPV, and DPT vaccines and boosters, but stagger out your doctor's appointments so they're only getting one injection per visit. You'll spend slightly more on appointments, but avoid the risk of putting the immune system and the rest of the body through the fucking wringer.

But getting the three basic cocktails (MMR, IPV, DPT) is not an unreasonable requirement for working or going to public schools.
