Atheistic skepticism

Atheistic skepticism.
The belief that thousands of years ago people in power constructed a lie about the fundamental basics of reality and history in order to control the population. These lies were never officially challenged and were so strongly believed that idiots today still believe in them. This was achieved by people in power brutalising and ridiculing anyone who spoke out against the narrative.
Oh, and theres no such thing as conspiracy theories because its too implausible that an entire society can be complicit in believing and reinforcing a lie. Someone would have reported on it eventually and we’d all know the truth.

The trouble is that people look out at the world FROM their beliefs, which makes it difficult to identify them.

>These lies were never officially challenged
They were, but all the challengers disappeared. The ancient people weren't bright enough to understand how Pascal's Wager is intellectually bankrupt.

do you honestly believe the modern people are any brighter?

Most people in the US are able to balance a checkbook, pay their taxes, run businesses, pay off loans, work in specialized fields and a healthy 20% obtain college degrees. So when the Putinbot jews are hammering you with their shit-tier propaganda that cherry picks the worst of the worst, we all know it's a lie.

Except maybe you.

>the fundamental basics of reality and history
The bible doesn't provide that. It takes place in a world where all of that is/was already known.

Some of them are easy to spot.

My point is, the mechanisms that people claim on how religion was initially founded and spread are exactly the things they say cannot exist in the modern era.

>Thinks people where somehow not people 2000 years ago

>Atheistic skepticism.
>The belief that
Atheism has no beliefs. Are you 12? Or just trolling by larping as a retarded belieber?

The religious organizations of the world have taken over $1 trillion from the poorest people on the planet for thousands of years. Now these autocratic juggernauts can spend billions opposing human rights, basic dignity, freedoms and liberties by imposing their fiction on those of us who reject it.

I wanna know the thermal capacity of baked beans...

Wrong. Ancient believes arose out of a heroic spirit that animated the people.
It wasn’t a tool of social control. Ironically a man with no convictions is far easier to control than some fanatic.
>pascal’s wager is bankrupt
You don’t understand
It’s not
>be Christian you have nothing to lose
It’s
>you have to want to believe before you can take religion seriously
So many people cite the wage but never read the source material, read it

Tell me more about these twelve powerful illiterate shepherds and fisherman, who literally everyone hated.

My college minor is Anthropology and I can't make any sense of what you're saying. A I suppose two cave men standing over the dead body of their friend Grog might have come to the conclusion that some unknown force was the difference between living, breathing Grog and dead-as-flat-rock Grog.

Still, that is VASTLY different from any system of beliefs that involve supernatural beings like gods, demons, devils, angels, etc. and creation tales, miracles, ad nauseum.

Wisdom in the digits

Fundamentally based, but retards often get misled when taking the scientism redpill into believing christcuckery. They think that just because we aren't allowed to dispute the mainstream cosmology that it's intentionally distracting you from your pet favorite religion, instead of detracting you from discovering truth for yourself. The real redpill is that they all know the truths and all are complicit in the hiding. The history of mankind and the nature of the cosmos are solved problems, but we are not permitted to know the solutions.

>You don’t understand
>It’s not
The problem with Pascal's Wager is, you have to believe in ALL the religions in the world because no one can know which one might be the right one. All you can do is believe yours is the right one, and yours will be the one of your parents (73%) and geographic location (86%) with an alpha of 5 and a +/- 3 margin of error.

On the other hand, a non-believer makes no choice, so he can't be wrong for choosing one of many thousands of wrong beliefs if there actually is one correct belief ...

... and he can only be wrong once for not choosing any belief (if there actually is one).

>we aren't allowed to dispute the mainstream cosmology
You have to do that with evidence, not beliefs.

Believer never prove their gods exist, so atheists never have anything to disprove.

Most pessimistic, atheistic "philosophy" comes from the anglo race.

No, you have misframed this by characterizing them as atheists. They are anti-theists. They definitively deny the existence of a god or gods. They take a metaphysical stance. They believe. They do not know.

>I believe in the twelve illiterate shepherds because they were hated

good thinking, OP. so your CPU doesn't overheat use some cool beans :)

don't fool yourself, there is no neutrality when it comes to God
everyone knows God exists and once you've heard the gospel of Christ, you know He is Lord and accept Him or you reject Him
everyone saying they don't believe in God is lying, they believe but hate Him
accept Christ and be saved

This is my kind of P.C!

>People unironically believe this when they type it

>Oh, and theres no such thing as conspiracy theories because its too implausible that an entire society can be complicit in believing and reinforcing a lie. Someone would have reported on it eventually and we’d all know the truth.
People who believe in "Authority" will always be hypocritical, because the lies authorities tell us are not based on sound rational thinking, but what is best for the authority in that instance.

What about agnostics?

Pick a narrative, dumbshit.
