Digital Realty Trust has completed the acquisition of two more properties in the US, one in Dallas, Texas, and another in Phoenix, Arizona.
The news follows a string of announcements made in March relating to new properties, including the purchase of a 120,000 sq ft property in Ontario, Canada, that could one day be used for data center space and the purchase of Delta Air’s Minnesota 150,000 sq ft data center for US$37m, which the airline will lease for eight years.
