Are you a junior associate? Because if you are, in 5 years you will learn yourself whether you can stay or go. In large corporate law firms you are in a up-or-out situations. If you hate your job, just wait for 5 years performing below average and they will ask you to leave, but you will have a big law on your resume and it will open a lot of doors for your future legal career.
