My kid is dealing with a bully at school. We exhausted the diplomatic ways and I'm thinking on straight up beating the bully's dad.
Now, violence when I was single was fun and solved simple issues, but it always fucked things up eventually.
What's the best way of dealing with this XXIst century bullshit problem? Should I just kick his ass and deal with the potential problems that might create to my kid?

contact the teacher, contact the principle, go to their office in person if you have to
if there is still nothing being done consider calling police or whatever institution is responsible for the education system in your area
tho my main advice would be don't even bother with the indoctrination system, and just homeschool your kid instead

or you could also consult with a lawyer, they'll either kick out the bully or the teacher if they get sued

Call the police and report an assault. It doesn't matter how old the person is a crime is a crime and they cant ignore it

My local non emergency number just redirects you to 911. I had to argue my way out of a fine because I was calling to report a petty crime.

teach your kid two things, how to fight and how to report to authorities and the teachers. Don't ever argue with women, it is a waste of time. Beating the bullie's shit parents would probably solve nothing, high chance they're social trash, that's why their offspring acts this way in the first place. Remember, fight back and report, no other way around it. Maybe even call cps on the parents.

Adding on to this, NEVER report bullying to teachers directly. Either they will punish the whole class and call out your kid, making him a target, or they will take the bully's side because muh inclusion. Report it to the school's officer, or the provost/principal directly.
