As it stands congress has the power to coin money. It would require a constitutional amendment that allows the central government to print paper currency simultaneous with a "coup" type audit, disbandment of the federal reserve and the confiscation of their physical holdings. This scenario is implausible and will never happen.

The Constitution of No Authority says that only gold and silver are money, yet here we are. Most people would just stare at you blankly if you told them our money is unconstitutional and fake and debt based. Labor and food should be held up as money, simply to thwart the juden. Jews hate working hard. They hate manual labor. They cannot grow their own food because that means using a hoe and rake and shovel.
