Depends on what you mean by racism.
Blacks have an average IQ around 80, versus 100 for whites. That's a fact, and a useful heuristic. It means that roughly half of them are too stupid to even be admitted to the military (which means they can't even be productive janitors, their stupidity causing more problems than the cleaning is worth).
There then arises the question of what do you with these facts of reality. There is broad consensus against merely executing blacks for being born stupid and largely useless, because not all of them are that way. Not only is there nothing holding back those who are capable of performing, we even provide a variety of boosters / advantages, like affirmative action to increase the number of blacks capable of participating in normal ways in society.
That's fine, but we are still faced with the question of what to do with the remaining. You can't put millions of 70 IQ brainlets into normal jobs. Think of the horror of having a 70 IQ surgeon operating on your brain. This may seem extreme, but the effect is the same *no matter what job you give them* : even the military understands that their burden is greater than their utility as janitors.
We are thus left with a class of useless eaters, which we do not want to kill but need to regulate in some way to maintain orderly society. What we do is provide them subsidized housing, free food, etc., because this is cheaper than the damage they would do trying to actually perform a job.
In other words, we're already at essentially the maximally liberal disposition towards general incompetents. What do you have to complain about? The only thing to change is to get rid of the premise that led naturally to this system, that of restraint in eliminating them.

Prejudice is a presumption about an individual based upon a group they fall into. Prejudice can be justified or unjustified. You’d presume that someone was a pedo if someone fell into a group that was 99% pedo, right? Same with blacks. The average black IQ is 85. Only 16% of blacks have an IQ above or meeting 100. That means 84% of blacks are fucking retarded. If you meet a black and presume that he’s stupid, and then he turns out to be a nice person, then fine. The races are genetically different enough to be considered different species or subspecies. Initially, anthropologists wanted to classify negroids and caucasoids in such a way. The races are different in skull shape, general behavior, and general appearance. The same could be said coyotes and wolves. I don’t understand why the races being different in terms of intelligence is so hard for people to understand. The races are classifications of groups of people based on geographic origin and heritable characteristics. IQ is largely heritable.
