If your dad is wealthy he’ll try to make arrangements on his own. When he hits like 75ish go and meet with the city/some attorneys to forcefully get power of attorney over him. Hopefully his mind will have him enough at this point for it to be easy, but if he’s still sharp you’ll need to get creative. Take videos out of context that make him look insane etc. you’ll just need to argue that he’s starting to get a little bit f dementia and that it’s better if you have his PoA. The state will always take the word of a 40 year old over a 75 year old depends wearing senior. Once you have PoA you can slam him in some shitty nigger-run insane asylum tier old folks home and also slowly siphon his savings into your own personal bank account.
