Pretty much correct. Truth is that scientists barely know a fucking thing about how the body truly functions. Think of it like an immense, self perpetuating Rube Goldberg machine, sure they can home in on a specific mechanism of this whole, but they still cannot grasp how each mechanism consequentially affects the others.

For some reason people here think the fact saturated fat causes heart desiese is a myth. It isn't. The overwhelming amount of evidence points to this with studies from all over the world.

Eating fat is based. Carbs make you fat as fuck. Went from 250lbs to 175 in 5 months by eating under 20 carbs a day. Didn't excercise until I hit 185, now I'm lean as fuck. I want 5 more lbs of muscle, but I'm fairly big strong already.
