Atheism is a belief also, like a Christian is choosing to believe that God exists the same way an atheist choose to believe that its not.
thing is, that logically speaking, not believing in God is perfectly justifiable, the truth lies that its a mistake to believe that logic can fully explain the world.
God exists outside of our universe.

An atheist simply is one who does not believe in God. In Sweden and Estonia the majority are atheists and simply from that fact you can be sure most atheists in these countries aren't even smart enough to think about what you stated.
I am an atheist and try to view the world as objectively as possible, but it's not easy always.

Not yet, who knows, maybe later. There is no proof about us not being able to fully explain everything in the future, and we have made quite the archivment so far.
Theism if you ignore the church's bullshit can accept science. It still can't explain shit, just either keeps inventing stuff and later changing them or saying there is God, somebody who can override the rules of nature, and he for one reason or another decided to play this game with us. It's not logical explanation as it lacks proof - something that science can't do - , it is just a cool tale.

there are different layers of reality, we live in the matterial world, if god exists it isn't in that world it doesn't live in this reality, thats why we can't measure it or see it.
If we accept god we have to accept that the reality we live in comes from another reality which god lives
