well, if you were to kill and burn 1.1 million people over the course of 2 years you would be killing and burning a minimum of 1506 people every day
it takes 3 hours for a modern crematoria to burn a body so, if it were to run continuously, it would be able to burn 8 bodies per day...it would take 188 ovens to burn that many bodies in a day...and that's not even looking at down time to clean out the ashes...they never had that many running and they weren't modern ovens so even with those allowances it would be impossible....and that's just Auschwitz
and that's without noting the amount of fuel it would have taken to dispose of that many bodies...where did that come from and where was it stored? there should have been giant piles of coal/coke in every spy photo of Auschwitz...but there weren't....
