I'll start with a simple one. King Henry VIII. He plunged the British isles into civil war, executed his people and helped destabilize the european continent and his entire empire just because he wanted some new whores. Another great example is Churchill. He lead the British navy and army to a massive embarrassment at Gallipoli, war mongered for ww2, starved millions in the colonies and lost the empire.
