Alright, I will tell you why an hereditary monarchy is the most natural and best system of governance
1. The King is tied to the nation. The Kings children will inherit the nation, this makes the King more likely to make the state stronger. Whilst a politician who is elected could screw and plunder the nation because his children will not inherit it, so the future wellbeing of the nation matters far less to the leader.
2. The Child is trained for the leadership position his entire life. Whilst a politician rarely have this advantage, the child of the monarch grows up with the knowledge he will lead the nation, this makes them better leaders.
3. The ruler ship is far less disputed. Anyone can be leader in a democracy or non-hereditary dictatorship, this leads to rampant intrigue and scheming, whilst a clear law set in place on who the monarch is, leads to a far more stable nation.
The only advantage the democratic state has is the ability to remove bad leaders, I must prefer the thirst three advantages of this one in favour of democracy.
