There's a crossover issue, non-jews who push the general SJW movement for their own gains (there are a lot of them) don't necessarily care about Jews.
There is also a difference of opinion issue. Some Jews are actually true believers in what they push, thinking that destroying the "evil white West" and nations in general will "usher in a new age of equality and peace" or whatever. People from this group may be truly criticizing Zionists because they view them as nationalist relics and want them gone too.
