Yes it does. It simply moves the debt from young kids to the government. They are stupid for incurring that debt but leaving them trapped in it just creates another generation of debt slaves for the jews to exploit. Those kids are too busy keeping their eyes on the debt they shackled at their feet they dont see what's being taken right in front of them. Every person who opts for the debt forgiveness program must sign a contract to never take a loan no matter how big nor how small and also must be barred from usage of credit cards. If they violate these terms will face 2 years in prison.
