I can't remember if it was an MSM publication or Elizondo but it was confirmed that at least some of those 'meta-materials' are at Bigelow Aerospace. Look into 'The Aviary' as it very much resembled the To The Stars operation, not necessarily publicity wise, but with the players involved. Also note how that time, as in prior times, information was disseminated into the public consciousness in an ambiguous and unverifiable manner. This was clearly intentional and I submit to you that the recent 'disclosures' are similarly using a creeping approach rather than a definitive press conference with high-ranking officials.
You may also recall a great deal of speculation about some of these materials being made in a zero-G environment. Bigelow's public space projects have a clear target of manufacturing in space. The 2 in Zeta Reticuli 2 leaves no doubt that they are referencing the race that claims to be from the third planet from the second star in the Zeta Reticuli binary system.
I find Lazar's description of the propulsion system incongruent with what has almost unanimously been described elsewhere. Surely there's more than one way to skin a cat but it's nevertheless been something I've pondered over the years without clear resolution.
