Junk food is high in Omega 6 fats, and completely fucks up your Omega 3 to 6 ratio which naturally should be around 1:3

If you only eat junk food the ratio could be as skewed as 1:20 or higher, causing massive oxidative stress. Take fish oil supplements and cut out junk food if you want healthy sperm

In all seriousness though, this is a major a problem that's spreading all over the world. The only part of the world I haven't seen evidence for is south america, and even then that doesn't mean it isn't happening, just that there isn't much data on it. With the modernization and environmental contamination going on it's only going to get worse, especially once 5G networks become commonplace.

For now. The problem with predicting the future is that it depends on current trends remaining stable. If they don't the model falls apart.
