Out of those three, the MQ9 is superior not only due to the service ceiling, but for how long it has been in service. It has a ton of mods available because it's almost 20 years old now.

FYI, all next-gen Navy birds will be drones, to include the mid-air refueling vehicles. Boeing and others have already submitted prototypes to the DoD. This is why our carriers have not yet been updated, still waiting on a couple of things before everything is finalized.

Ah, I guess not. So both stall speed and fuel optimal speed is well below 20 knots. That's kind of weird since some of the mose extreme STOLs stall at around 17 knots
