Most people have no idea how foreigners have taken over medicine in the united states (and canada), at most major hospitals the grunt work is being done by some kind of indian, arab, or chinese who resents white people and doesn't care about them, and has gotten their medical degree from university of bumfuck arabia, and is completely incompetent.

There is a huge, huge problem with unqualified third worlders, with a large part of that being Indians, fucking things up by posing as engineers, programmers and even fucking doctors. In the UK 80% of malpractice, incompetence and sexual misconduct hearings brought against medical doctors are brought against the 25% of foreign trained doctors we employ, with a large proportion of them being Indian. That figure is even an understatement considering it includes white Americans, Australians, Germans etc as foreign trained. Anyone who has worked with these people knows about this problem. They are not better, western standards are just being scarified at the altar of the almighty GDP.

I block the shit out of feature updates, the way they install is fucking disastrous. They basically just tack themselves on top of your currently existing install when in reality they are basically a new OS. So what happens is there is a ton of shit under the hood in the new version that cannot run because it conflicts with shit from your old installation, and your registry becomes more of clusterfuck than it already is. You're running a Frankenstein of code comprised of two OS's, and on top of that the new releases always have major bugs.
Don't forget MS had no issue releasing MULTIPLE feature updates with bugs that WIPE DATA FROM STORAGE DUE TO BUGS IN CATALOGING AND CACHE.
