Because the chinks studying at US schools pay the highest tuition. It's that simple.
The state university I attended ran into budget problems my freshman year because the state was going bankrupt and they had four year tuition locks. They sent out a (required) email to everyone giving an overview of their plan to weather the state aid cut.
Literally the first thing they mentioned was that they were going to increase the number of foreign students since they pay the highest tuition (the engineering college was already 40% foreign but that didn't stop them from bringing in more). I was mostly blue pilled at that point, but it still struck me as incredibly fucked up that this public state uni was telling the students that more seats were going to be filled by foreigners to get more cash (I'm sure they reverted back to previous ratios later... lmao!).
The asians (chinks in particular) cheat loke no other. Every now and then one would get expelled or have to retake a course for doing something egregious like getting solution sets from chink TAs, but most were never caught because they could easily copy hw/code from each other. The funny part was these chink idiots were so stupid they were constantly getting caught for copy/pasting code and renaming variables, never grasping the fact that all code submissions were automatically checked for that simple plagiarism. Unfortunately they were getting caught so often at that, it was always just a slap on the wrist.
You can only really try to hit cheaters during exams, which is why they would weight them so heavily. But even the exams were mostly a joke and pretty easy to pass without understanding much. It makes me rage that these incompetent chinks are currently degrading the reputation of my college.

Not only that but the chink government is only letting their most developed regions get tested for international comparisons. Also people like to compare national stats between the west and the east as if it's white versus Asian but most of the west includes their dumber immigrants who have a net negative effect. And to top it off Asian immigrants to the west are way higher quality than the average Asian. We've got Silicon Valley poojeets pumping up the "Asian" category, and in the US, "Asian" means both oriental and "from Asia" and it's all just a fucking mess
