Look at who made the majority of quality inventions, art, music, philosophy, books, movies, etc.
Then compare physical stature of all races.
Then compare overall intellect to all other races.
Then look at who won the majority of all wars.
What you will see, is that we are an extremely tall, physically strong,creative, innovative, intelligent race.
We are not as intelligent as asians, in terms of physical processing and analysis. However that IQ disparity is around 7-8 points at the largest, and it is the asians who are constantly copying our inventions and infrastucture of government. So our creativity combined with our decent bulk fluid IQ gives us intellectual edge over Asians; even though they have more processing power.
If you also take into physical stature, and testosterone levels, this factor gives us significant advantage over Asians.
This makes us the master race.

Agreed, but unlike Asians, and Africans. There is a very strong argument to propose that white people are superior to all other races. I think our largest disadvantage is our empathy for others and individualist attitude that causes fractures and conflict between whites.

It heavily depends on genetic admixture. If we are talking about the russian tribes that migrated from northwest europe then yes. If we are talking about the results of miscegenation between europeans and mongolians that created a new subspecies of russian. Then no.
It's pretty simple test if you have less than 90% pure european blood then you aren't white and are in fact mixed. Phenotype tests are pretty decent and correlating your genes with your appearance, however it isn't perfect which is why DNA tests were created.
Only a couple parts of europe that were native to europe are considered non-white which would be like some of the populations of romania/bulgaria/sicily. Due to the large amount of inbreeding with neighboring non-white populations.
