Though in general, those IQ is not really a number based in anything, there is no 'hard' unit that explicity tell us what it mean, per example, what is the difference between 110 IQ and 100 IQ? Obviously it's trying to convey that the person with 110 is better at problem solving, but how much does that 10 of difference mean?
That is why IQ is bullshit and it's only function is to say if you are retarded or not.

High IQ does not equate to accomplishments. A higher IQ only means you're able to grasp easier concepts quicker than lower IQ people and that you have the potential to master extremely complicated material with some ease.

I have an IQ of around 135 on a 15 SD scale, which places me at the top 1%, but I have no accomplishments. I got a 2320 on the SAT with no effort, got a full scholarship at a top 15 university, graduated with a math degree while partying 24/7, and now have a $200,000/yr actuary job.
I put no effort into anything and still outperform my peers.
