searx.me is good, but really you need to spread out your searches to keep any profiling incomplete. Google is absolute trash for finding things and DDG was much better but in the past year or two they've gone right down the tubes.
People will tell you that storing data on you is the goal - not really the main issue. What they want is to capture you into trusting their results so they can limit what you find.
