-100,000 kids were born to birth tourists (mostly Chinese)
-300,000+ kids were born to illegals (mostly Mexican
-400,000+ kids were born to legals, including both permanent residents and temporary residents (temporary residents have the majority, because they tend to be pajeets in their 20s on Student visas while Green Card holders tend to be middle aged)
If you were to pass a law against this, with overwhelming support and SCOTUS support, then overnight you'd wipe out 40% of non-white kids. Just poofarino. They'd still be here, physically (except the birthright tourist kids since they go home with their parents) but 2/3 of legal citizens born in the US to citizen parents would be white kids.

In order for 49% of the population to be white British in 2070 this would mean the white British population would only be 38 million- a decline of nearly 1/3 or 13 million fewer people.
This is essentially the actual issue- your numbers are FALLING while theirs are RISING. It does not matter that their rate of growth is slowing because the reality is they are increasing rapidly at a time when your numbers are falling rapidly.
