These are distractions. They keep your focus off of what you should be doing to better yourself. You should be studying, even if not in university. You should be lifting, even if not an athlete. You should be trying to build something worth keeping. You should be preparing to defend it from anybody, including the government, nogs, whoever, from taking it. You should be working to attract the affections of a woman without having to kowtow to her at every turn.
