taking a step back from the politics of it and just analyzing it from a 4th gen warfare perspective, it's actually quite ingenious. Not sure what the proper response should be. The provocation of the act really makes one want to respond with absolute brutal force, but that's obviously their intention is to escalate things. The other thought would be "to take the milkshake acid attacks and then boohoo about it on the media" a media which overtly is right-wing enemy, which will never have the outrage it should, will never paint this as it is.
So really, the right-wing aspect of this fight is quite check-mated. If you don't want acid attacked apparently don't be right-wing in public. Which really is the intention of this tactic. Less overt displays of right-wing views, the less the lemmings see others do it, the less they feel it is accepted in society. That's why Trump hats are so exceptional. Iconic displays of Trump support will normalize Trump and make supporting him much more psychologically easy for people to do. The same thing were to happen if one of out three people proudly wore nazi arm bands or communist berets. Because the lemmings don't think about the policies in question. They just wonder what "everyone else" thinks about the policies. If one set of policies is always expressed and hailed as virtuous/fashionable, they'll support it. If the other set of policies are never seen proudly displayed in public and are decried as vile/unfashionable, they'll hate it.
