So many people ITT misunderstand the concept. It's not just the world as is without money, it's a different style of living. It's self sufficiency and communal living. The idea of trading with people is for luxury goods or for flavour, you grow your own food, maybe if you're bored you can trade some of your bread for honey or maybe if you want some artwork you provide some carpentry.

You don't have to trade coupons for large items because in your community you have a reputation, changing community is difficult and met with suspicion so you can't just run away to avoid your debts.

Larger communities would still have money-esque items which would be essential when discussing mass produced products with various natural resources required from multiple sources. The average person would be able to live free rather than as a wage slave treated as a margin by the lawmakers who adapt the median wages to the median cost of living to ensure that there are never too many people ready to revolt in any given area at any given time. You have complete autonomy. You don't contribute to the people who want to run around the world mining lithium from Afghanistan and rubber from Brazil to make iPhones and they don't contribute to you. If they want your products they buy them, they don't tax you, if you want their products you pay for them from a position of power, not with the monetary tokens which they own and calculate your allowance of with statistical accuracy to prevent you from breaking free of the system.
