The Postal Service is being ruined by niggers

I'm suprised I haven't seen this posted before, but something has got to give here. We're losing the USPS to literal niggers.
All I will say is that I'm in a large position on the east coast of the US for USPS distribution plants and operations.

The APWU (Union) and contract terms of the USPS has allowed niggers to completely overrun us. As management, we have NO tools at our disposal to deal with this. No disciplinary actions, no nothing.

I have a guy who's "work" I'm responsible to account for daily, that hasn't shown up in 2 & 1/2 months. No call, no show. There's nothing I can do. I'm blocked by union representatives, and niggers working Federal loopholes.

This is happening at all areas of the Postal Service. The only white people that work for the USPS (aside from driving / carrying mail) are the one's in positons that require actual brains in their heads. (Electricians, Mechanics etc).

The rest, it's just GG. Attempting to discipline these people eats up more time out of my day than I can afford. Because they're "black", they're able to have a public temper tantrum and flip the fuck out directly infront of me, as if I hold no authority over them at all.

When caught directly red handed in (not showing up, leaving, not doing work yet signing off on hundreds hours of preventitive maintenance, refusing to answer orders) it's the *zing zing zing* RACE CARD!!

Something has to give here. We have a lot of people that want the USPS to thrive again. What we're lacking is the people. The ability to fill positons held by people for decades that don't give a FUCK. People that haven't shown up for work barely ever. People that clock in and go to sleep in their cars.

If we could once again have a team dedicated to just doing their jobs, the USPS would be great again.

The USPS has been absolute trash for a long fucking time now. It doesn't matter if the nigs are nogging.

I wish it worked like that. You’d think it’d work like that. There is zero accountability, employees can claim whatever they’d like and get away with it.

The Postal Inspectors are no joke, it’s largely up to them to fire people / arrest them. Usually the only way to do that is if someone’s caught stealing. Otherwise firing someone, even if they haven’t shown up for literal months (sometimes years while holding the position unable to be filled) is next to impossible and a legal nightmare.

Literally everyone is a nigger in the distribution plants, which SHOULD carry a massive responsibility. White people are less than 5% of those employed there, yet maintaining the high level positions. The blacks rising in ranks cover for & allow the bullshit of other blacks, even if it means complete ruin for our operations. There is no way to currently get rid of these people.

yup like most of the unskilled gov jobs, another welfare program for the lazy and entitled. They're getting paid more than engineers with a full pension and retirement after only 20 years. They hire underlings part time who are never allowed to climb the ranks, but do the brunt of the all the work. Completely demoralizing.
