Actually no this is stupid. NY state will just Gerry mander the lost seat out of a republican seat in upstate NY or Long island and possibly same for California in the valley or North. It's what happened in NY in 2010.

Interdasting. There are fines I think if you refuse the census, but I'm pretty sure nobody's ever actually been prosecuted under those laws. If "right wing nazis" were trying to "hack" the census, though, I'm sure progressives would be screeching for feds to throw the book at them, though.
Like other anons have pointed out, conservatives in these liberal shitholes don't have any representation to begin with. There's really very little to lose.

I'm starting to think it's more likely NY and the rust belt (possibly part of New England) will be Republican BUT the southwest (Texas included) and parts of the south go blue compared to the current status quo. Future maps may very well look like pic related.
