Boomers/0

Never

100%. T. Millenial that owns a home.

a trailer is not a house

>I have an idea! Let's flood every city and town with uneducated brown foreign nationals to drive wages down and housing up!!!

Sure. Sounds like a plan. Being a home owner, it'll just increase my property value. Maybe I can buy some rental properties and rent them out to these wonderful hard working immigrants.

>like I can't even imagine living outside of one of the most popular cities in the world
>like, how can I even live in a city that doesn't offer Venti Vegan Hot Onions Yoga?
>like, there are literally zero jobs anywhere but major cities
Millennials deserve everything they get

>millennial owning a home
Is the millennial competent or a philosopher/ barista?

I have lived in a trailer.. but that was years ago. What is this meme that millenials can't be home owners? Move to a "poor" flyover state, houses are cheap and affordable.

Living in the cities only really makes sense if you're working in a profession that's suited to it i.e finance or broadway in New York or programming in San Francisco or Seattle.

Otherwise you're paying rent to commute an hour each way for a job that would allow you to get a mortgage in a less expensive part of the country.

In my country zero. I keep going to work because I like the guys and just spend my money on distractions.

Zero in California. They need to move.

Move to Muskegon and gentrify it.

If you work in the city and commute from a smaller suburb that's further out. There's a good chance you can afford to buy a older cheaper home.

Very good. Just don't live in an expensive state and city. Get the hell out of states like CA, NY, IL. And you will be fine.

None, if you don't get a job and work towards that goal.

Could have a lot of kids.

I have a six figure job but it's in SF so I live in a van.

why would you want to live in a house that big? if there's a home intruder they could hide anywhere and you'd never know.

How much land are they on?

I am 50 and live in a motorhome that my mom bought me. AMA

Slim. I have two friends who own homes. I have several other friends who live 3-5 people to 1 apartment despite having full time office jobs. A few never moved out of their parents' homes. I believe one is now couch hopping. The thing in common with every single one of us is we were lucky enough to either know or meet someone who could hook us up with a decent job to afford the essentials. We all started at some dead end high school job, most went to college, and we all struggled until someone we knew intervened and helped us out. Maybe not the person we knew directly, but a colleague of that person's coworker or something like that. Not one of us got a job we wanted, for the jobs we tried to get most were met with "apply online" when speaking with the manager and some unqualified nigger ended up getting hired for "diversity", and none of the college graduates are even in their field of study.

Success for millennials and Gen Z in anything boils down to 10% effort, 90% knowing the right people. Sometimes the 10% will lead you to the right people, but until that happens you're going to be struggling. The days when all it took for a good job were a firm handshake, eye contact, and charming smile have long passed. Now we have nepotism, black haired brown eyed dark skinned occasionally female "diversity", and maximizing profits at the expense of people in every single field. And there's nothing we can do until those who caused it are no longer around to block any changes.

Sorry I decided 3 years ago I wasn't going to feed the system here.

Ive been looking at homes to buy recently near where I live. Anything less that 70000 is in a shithole neighborhood right next to blacks, or is in a state of disrepair after being foreclosed on. At 100000 I cant find a 1000 ft2 house that has 2 bedrooms. I cant believe the amount of debt you have to go into to have your own house. I could combine the two and buy a trailer and a plot of land but it will be atleast half an hour from the city. Im literally being priced out of my own hometown.
