Well you don't have the right to life according to my Bible, numerous things will cause God to kill you or order you to be killed. You don't have the right to liberty according to my Bible, unless you count being saved by Jesus but that doesn't include just flagrantly subverting your nation. And as far as the "pursuit of happiness" it means the same thing it means now, nothing.
