This is a legal fight to prove international law trumps individual countries law. These ships should be sunk and then let the international court try to do something about it.

Alarm Phone is apparently a hotline for supporting people crossing the Mediterranean Sea. According to their video, they don't have rescue vehicles at their disposal - rather, the narrator states they "have the knowledge and ability to pressure coast guards and national authorities to help" (direct quote). They refer to themselves as the Watch The Med: Alarm Phone organization, stating that their mission is to (again, direct quote) "Fight against the European border regime".
They state that in the event of an "emergency at sea" the migrant should first call the coast guard, and then Alarm Phone (presumably so they can follow up with pressure for rescue).

BECAUSE THIS IS A CALL CENTER, A CALL-IN ACTION HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BE HIGHLY EFFECTIVE, AND THEY WILL BE WEAK TO DDOS TACTICS.
BECAUSE THEY CONTACT AND PRESSURE THE COAST GUARD, THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH OFFICIAL INSTITUTIONS CAN BE FRAYED BY FALSE ALARMS.

A call will require (ie, the operator will most likely be trained to strongly press for) your position and a description of your situation. Other details they'll look for at either exact coords or failing that a lengthy effort (high denial potential) to discover port of departure, time at sea, type of vessel, nearby identifying landmarks, etc. These are spoofable, or better yet real coords for fake emergencies can be seeded.
If you fags are actually serious about doing something, a good call-in REQUIRES:
-a target
-a specific timeframe for the action to consolidate efforts (this could hopefully be coordinated with a high number of vessel departures to ensure the centers and resources are overwhelmed when it counts)
-a script to get people started (easy coords or time wasting details)
-means of identity protection (an inherent strength of their method is that AP will probably be skeptical if the cguard is saying no emergency call-in has occurred)
-a copy of minecraft, where this will take place
