RICO: The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations act.
I think that it could be the solution to the Google/FB/Amazon/etc problem — there are many aspects of these corporations activities that could violate RICO, so contact your representative & senators and demand a RICO investigation.
RICO could be used, for example, to bust open the systemic H1B fraud —
§1028 (relating to fraud and related activity in connection with identification documents), §1351 (relating to fraud in foreign labor contracting), §1425 (relating to the procurement of citizenship or nationalization unlawfully), §1427 (relating to the sale of naturalization or citizenship papers),
>rico is a long shot but lets hope those companies get broken up To be getting the RICO ball rolling, all we have to do is bug the senators/representatives/AGs to actually investigate.
Okay, this thread is based, so I'm giving it a bump. But what exactly should we say to these agencies? Once we call them? I doubt they'd listen to me if I just called them up and said "Hey, all the major social media networks are corrupt! Investigate!" They'll need a specific reason for investigation, as I'm sure that they keep an eye on these outlets already on a daily basis. Any ideas on what specifically we could have them placed under investigation for?
Be a Patriot user. Tell them that when one corporation controls speech, it controls thought. Tell them that Google has been heard on record saying they were going to do everything they could to stop Donald Trump in 2020. Tell them that Amazon, Google, and Facebook are dominating their selective fields and are violating the Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.
>But what exactly should we say to these agencies? Once we call them? Depends, pick the issues that matter to you; if you need explicit RICOable sections, here's a list:
:§201 (relating to bribery), §664 (relating to embezzlement from pension and welfare funds), §1028 (relating to fraud and related activity in connection with identification documents), §1029 (relating to fraud and related activity in connection with access devices), §1351 (relating to fraud in foreign labor contracting), §1425 (relating to the procurement of citizenship or nationalization unlawfully), §1426 (relating to the reproduction of naturalization or citizenship papers), §1427 (relating to the sale of naturalization or citizenship papers), §1503 (relating to obstruction of justice), §1510 (relating to obstruction of criminal investigations), §1511 (relating to the obstruction of State or local law enforcement), §1512 (relating to tampering with a witness, victim, or an informant), §1513 (relating to retaliating against a witness, victim, or an informant), §1542 (relating to false statement in application and use of passport), §1543 (relating to forgery or false use of passport), §1544 (relating to misuse of passport), §1546 (relating to fraud and misuse of visas, permits, and other documents), §1831 & 1832 (relating to economic espionage and theft of trade secrets), §1954 (relating to unlawful welfare fund payments), §1956 (relating to the laundering of monetary instruments), §1957 (relating to engaging in monetary transactions in property derived from specified unlawful activity), §274 (relating to bringing in and harboring certain aliens), §277 (relating to aiding or assisting certain aliens to enter the United States), §278 (relating to importation of alien for immoral purpose)
>I think this thread got shadowbenis'ed I think that happened to some of the previous ones — the other day I saw it instantly go from page 1 to page 4/5 instantly, after every bump.

Any federal laws prosecuting any crime other than treason, counterfeiting or piracy are unconstitutional.

>Any federal laws prosecuting any crime other than treason, counterfeiting or piracy are unconstitutional. That may be, but for right now we have to use *ALL* the items at our disposal.
You can't beat corporations that bribe federal officials billions a year to break the law. Only violence works on these people and as soon as you get violent, their friends in the federal and state governments will be up your ass lightning fast.

Creating and forming militia is a topic for another thread.

That has nothing to do with taxes.

What you're referring to is a special protection for communication providers, to prevent them from being sued due to what someone says on their platform — that protection, however, does not apply to "publishers", of which their activities with censorship indicate they are.
That's ballsy — almost as ballsy as saying "I have information that will indict Hillary Clinton."

Kek lives just outside my apartment door. His name is actually Leroy. He's been there for a year or two. I put water out for him on dry days, sometimes.

Well, we gotta take care of our froggy-friends; they're so rare around where I live.
