Unpopular opinion. No Native American "genocide" ever took place. So where did all the Native Americans go? They didn't go anywhere. Native Americans never had huge populations even prior to Columbus
Without farming is imposible to sustain any big numbers In europe in the holocene only 200k people were alive and 2 million glovally is only when farming start that population explode and a second population explosion with industrialization. Its litetally imposible
we had farmin, dingus thats why when colonists moved in they were like boy sure is terraformed like a garden here! Must be destiny! germs floating ahead of colonists did 99% of the work

It was a combination of these two, people try to act like the US went full holocaust on them but that never happened And it was only the ones in the area that make up the modern day usa that got fucked up, there were and still are tons of natives in canada, and everywhere in the western hempishere south of the usa southern border

it's widely accepted the numbers are guesses, that's why the estimates are huge ranges. NA is a huge landmass, there's plenty of room for 10-50 million pre-columbus(even estimates of 200m exist). Funny how you compare holocene, which is an epoch, and ice age numbers with ~1400 anno domini. There's a lot of fucking between those two dates.

In all that time spam before the invention of farming the numbers mantain stable sll across the world Check wikipedia
Is IMPOSIBLE that in norty america a hunter gatherer population had more than 0,5 million
They died from Old World diseases to which they had no immunities. This was before we had any understanding of germ theory. Most native americans that died after the arrival of Europeans literally died decades before Europeans ever made it to where they were because the diseases travelled. From the native americans that did meet Euros who, after meeting Europeans, went and visited/traded/fought other tribes that Europeans had not yet encountered. They acquired the disease and did the same thing: visited other tribes that the tribes they got the diseases from did not communicate with and so on.
Long story short: Europeans did not commit genocide as we understand the concept today. Most Native Americans died decades before Eurooeans ever came in contact with their tribe or ventured that far inland. There was no orchestrated plan by Europeans to ethnically cleanse native americans just for being native americans.

Every time it's a picture of either horse nigger plains indians, or Mexican rape baby desert niggers. The southeastern tribes built cities with temples to their gods, and practiced farming. The northeast tribes had a high functioning government. Northwest built great sea going canoes to hunt whales. All the plains, and desert tribes did was steal horses, guns, and cause trouble.

As with their culture and history, they mostly survived through mixing with their conquerors. Since Native Americans were 2/3 Caucasian anyway, it's very hard to spot their descendants. Lactose intolerance is a good clue, as they never developed said gene.
