okay, there's two possible reasons why this is the case
1. this is Berlin, it's a shit hole if I've ever seen one, these flats are probably infested with niggers and worse
2. if that's not the case, the other option is that it's just a lie, either baiting with low prices but adding almost unpayable extra costs
