There's not really much anyone can do. Something that's rarely if ever mentioned is that millenials were put on a LOT more medications in their youth than gen x, courtesy of boomer doctors and pillshills. This means that millennial brains are indelibly damaged; it seems to have had a polarizing effect, along with other mental and physical issues. You can't expect broken people to pull themselves up by their bootstraps.

You would have needed to get a grip on the women 10 years ago when the oldest millennials were closing in on 30. Now they're closing in on 40 and most of the generation is fucked. All you can really do is marry a conservative girl a few years younger than you (so that you have the seniority in the relationship and she doesn't get uppity) and move to a state like Texas where divorce-rape doesn't exist.

Marriage is a huge risk for earners and statistically very likely to fail. We are already living together because of rent and housing costs (mr Silverstein can charge whatever he wants because he knows mr Goldberg will give out high interest loans for reciprocal profit). 1) The end of no fault divorce. Women who divorce should be entitled to nothing unless they can prove that their spouse has broken their marriage vows (infidelity etc). If you initiate a divorce without good cause you don't get to keep any shared assets from the marriage unless you explicitly are signed on those contracts like shared ownership in a business or a home. This will end alimony rape of men.

2) Reform child custody laws and family courts. The parent who is choosing to leave the family should not have the right to get default custody of the children, they should remain where they are in the family home with the parent who was divorced unless there's a case to be made this is in their detriment. This would encourage families to stay together and work things out rather than blow up over small things. Women almost always get default custody of children and that has to stop.

3) Mandatory child support has to end for parents who do not have reasonable access to their children. So if you have shared custody and the child gets to spend time with both parents then both should pay. If one parent is basically denied access to their children by the state for whatever reason, they ought not be burned with child support.

4) End cohabitation laws and common law marriage. It's not acceptable to force people to be legally considered married (or the equivalent) just because they lived together for more than a few years. The whole point of marriage was to consent to the responsibility of caring for another person, you can't just force that shit.

Then I would very carefully consider it, But let's face it, zero of those things are going to happen and that's why men are becoming MGTOW, which I'm 100% fine with.

It would need to be proven in court. They would need to demonstrate that an affair was happening or that they'd suffered in some way which constitutes the man breaking his vows. That actually also includes withholding sex, men used to be able to make the argument that it was a no fault divorce and leave wives who weren't giving them any, as it was seen as a basic human need.

It stopped both women and men holding each other hostage with the threat of something, it made divorce painful especially so for the person who filed for it because they were faced normally with getting zero out of it and would have to start their life a new on their own feet. You couldn't just divorce a man, take his house, take half (or more) of his assets, take the children and then get a payday from him for decades to come. That never used to exist, and so divorce was really rare.

And when you set harsh rules like that, it also encourages people to be significantly more careful and sure about who they're marrying in the first place, which is what lead to much more stringent expectations of people socially, that's where men had to act like a gentleman and women had to act lady like, because if you wanted a family then you needed to actually prove you were a good bet for marriage by not being an absolutely irredeemable whore.

But with better alimony and child custody laws you'd file for divorce, prove that she had cheated and if you'd made a decent enough case for that then you'd get to keep all the family assets, the home, your assets etc. And she'd have to leave and would get nothing.
