I would also be okay with using any type of modern tools or electricity. Also would be okay with cars/trucks but restrict the use of them to married men only.
Now that I think about it, probably the closest thing to what I want are Eastern Orthodox communities in the United States. They don't really have the Amish self-sufficiency thing though which is something I want.
