You sound frustrated, nipbro. Every nation has it's ugly sides, and I wouldn't want to live in overcrowded hellholes like Tokyo. And then this extreme "social pressure" thing you guys have going... But I bet Japan has some nice sides as well. Eventually the geezers who are clinging to their power will die off, so that's a thought you could take solace in. And you have a beautiful countryside with ghost villages where you could probably buy property dirt cheap and chill out a bit.

Well said. As a retarded teenager I went through a leftist/antifa period, including blind hate against "Spiesser" (square heads / philistines), listened to punk songs with refrains like "Deutschland muss sterben damit wir leben können" ("Germany needs to die so that we can live"). But, when I grew up and out of my rebellious youth phase I started to think more rational and nowadays I see many good sides. I still have a lot of critique against our politicians and lobbyists and so on... but I doubt I'll ever emigrate to another country because I like it quite well over here.

Look at the natural beauty of your land, learn to appreciate the innovations, contributions, traditions, and resilience your people have. I assume you live in the city, which from my outside perspective - although it's visually pleasing - holds well disciplined, but overworked and overstressed people that struggle at socializing and expressing individualism - demanding sacrifice and conformity. I hope I'm wrong, but if that's the case, perhaps you should leave the city and get some fresh air to clear you mind, if only for a little while.
