Both men in the video are repenting free-masons. The one that looks normal is the guy who is invited. He's a very famous classical pianist (specialist of Franz Liszt, originally) who left free masons and became a whistleblower.
He says that in the higher ranks of freemasons, he found proof (that he gives and he wrote a book) that freemasonry is controlled by Jews.
He says that nobody can enter the highest spheres of freemasonry if they're not a Jew, accpeted by B'nai B'rith.

Yes, it seems Scottish Rites are central to this.
I thought freemasons were just against Monarchy and Religion.
