Thought a hypothetical species called the Cetians by Humans. They have a stocky body, flat rostrum with baleen plates instead of teeth and a melon for echolocation. They also have rorqual grooves and a spermaceti organ. Their social structure is matriarchial as females are larger than males and their culture and politics is based on mathematics and the quest for truth through reason and investigation. Their language is unintelligible to the Human ear as it is at a much higher frequency. They have four short limbs with four hoof-like digits on each hand and foot. They live on another planet called Cetia by Humans and the Cetians originate from primitive Mysticete/Odontocete hybrids who's ancestors were brought from Earth to Cetia by an unknown Alien species and the hybrids gradually adapted to an amphibious existence becoming the sapient Cetians. Just the blowhole. Dolphins don't breathe through their mouths and also they control their breathing unlike terrestrial Mammals.

Primarily the Cetian uses echolocation for communication. It will use it to bag fish and krill despite also being a bulk-feeder, it's a small-scale bulk-feeder. It has a dual ancestry being as related to a Dolphin or Cachalot as it is to a Rorqual.
