Hitler wasn't all that special. He loved art but was such a shitty artist he couldn't even get into school for it. He was a lowly NCO in the Great War. He had a lot of issues in his personal life including all sorts of degeneracy.
But, Hitler could speak with passion that rallied the people around him. He called out degeneracy (though he was a degenerate himself). He named the Jew, for better or for worse, and people ate it all up. This was in a broken and highly oppressed nation that thirsted for vengeance. He said what they wanted to hear.
