Generally speaking all peoples of Europe, the Persians of the Middle East, and the Berbers of North Africa. Looking at a map I’d say Europe, the countries that touch the Mediterranean, and the Middle East Above the Arabian Peninsula; sadly the majority of Egyptians and Turks have non white blood mixed from Arab and Mongol invasions, but unmixed would probably qualify. Arabs are like Indians, they were White once, but no longer. The Jews are a mixed bag, they claim to be Semitic like the Arabs, but their DNA is overwhelmingly European due to centuries of race mixing.
This is all from a purely biological standpoint, as there is most certainly a difference in being White and Culturally White. The peoples of the Middle East and North Africa are, culturally speaking, non White.
