I'm unsure how reliable it is doing this as an American, but looking for the average results based on your population group will be a good way to understand weird looking percentages (e.g. the common ~1% of South Asian amongst brits)

Also just googling the percentages too. I was curious about the West Asian results and it turns out that it's taken from farmer migrations ~8000 years ago (apparently).

Almost anything at 1% or less is noise. Many things up to 3% are noise. Different companies have different testing sets that show different noise, as well. Anyone who takes it too seriously should sit on their results until the company changed their chipset or does something else that changes the process; the noise usually shifts to something else completely. Like 23andme has changed the same .2% of my results from "Native American" to "Middle Eastern" to "Yakutian." It's just noise.

The margin of error on these tests is much greater than 0.1%. If they showed you the range you'd probably see that even that 4% Scandinavian wouldn't be distinguishable from 0% with a good level of confidence.
