In a situation where you're comfortable, well or overfed (particularly with an unhealthy but sufficient diet), sexually satisfied (due to easy porn and casual, safe sex), perpetually tired from work, etc... you'll see sperm rates drop.
An awful lot of that is a matter of personal choice.
